FREE Introduction to coaching session (1/2 hour) by phone. OR 1st session (face to face) - £35

(1/2 hour free intro added to 1/2 hour coaching to help you experience the coaching process and get you started).

2nd and subsequent sessions - £55 (one hour face to face or by phone as discussed with coach).
 

What’s also included: e-mail coaching between sessions (at Coach's discretion); Mileage up to 20 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. What’s not included: access to Client Library of coaching tools, mileage over 20 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon.
Recommendations: whenever possible, each session is completed within one to four weeks of the previous session, at the clients’ individual/own pace. To benefit fully from the coaching process, a minimum of between three and six sessions, dependant upon individual needs is recommended. Payment is by cash or cheque in advance of each session and Standard terms of business apply.

Top-Up Sessions Discounted: £45.50 per session (a discount on the current pay as you go price), as agreed with the Coach, for face to face or telephone coaching, valid if booked within 6 months of the clients’ last coaching session, otherwise the current Pay as You Go price will apply. Alternatively you may wish to book a Six Session Challenge Plan to keep the cost even lower.

SIX SESSIONS £240 (one hour per session) face to face or telephone coaching.
